Jack White announces surprise show in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI — If you already have plans for Halloween this week, you may want to reconsider.

Jack White, known for his role in 2000s garage rock band The White Stripes, announced that he will be stopping by Cincinnati for a surprise show on Sunday.

The show takes place at Bogarts in Clifton on Wednesday, October 30th.

The singer and guitarist announced on social media that tickets for the surprise show will go on sale at 1pm for cash register members and 2pm for the general public.

The announcement only announced two shows: a performance in Chicago on Tuesday night, followed by a Bogarts show on Wednesday.

White followed suit earlier this month, announcing two surprise performances in Milwaukee; one was scheduled for the day he announced it.

The Bogarts’ website doesn’t have many details about the suddenly announced show. The venue’s website lists a time of 7 p.m., but there are no specifics about when the doors will open, when the shows will begin, or if that’s when White plans to take the stage.
