HENDERSON, Ky. (WFIE) – The beloved “Skateway USA” building in Henderson will soon be under new ownership.

In April, the business announced it would close its doors permanently.

Nearly two weeks later, families skated around the iconic ice rink one last time before the lights were turned off.

The online-only auction began last week and will begin closing on November 19.

As of Sunday morning, there are currently no offers to purchase the building.
