SOUTH POINT, Ohio (WSAZ) – Following the stabbing attack on South Point Elementary School Principal Bill Christian, the South Point Local School District says students will return to school on Wednesday.

“There will be no school for students on Monday, October 28, or Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Students will return to school on Wednesday, October 30,” the district says in an online post.

The district also says there will be counselors in each building to talk to students and parents when kids come back.
