MARTIN PARISH — St. In the wake of the recent shooting outside the Martinville High School homecoming football game, some students and parents are reevaluating plans for tonight’s homecoming dance. One student shared that she returned her dress, citing concerns for her safety amid rising tensions.

St. Martinville Police confirmed there will be additional security measures in place for tonight’s event, but the community is divided on attendance.
