How to Get the “Happiness” Ending in Silent Hill 2 Remake?

The Happily Ending is only obtainable in New Game+, so you’ll have to beat the game at least once and then go through it all over again. While playing New Game+, you’ll need to pick up an iconic item along the way. Silent Hill TV series called White Claudia.

To get the white Claudia, you’ll need to head to Pete’s Bowl-a-Rama on the west side of South Vale after meeting Maria in Rosewater Park. This is a point of interest that you don’t need to visit in a normal game, but in New Game+ there is now a new safe behind the counter. Enter the code 1-8-8-7 to open the safe and find the Rusty Key. This will be used to open the box containing White Claudia.

Continue the game until you reach Brookhaven Hospital. When you have to go up to the Garden at the top of the 1st Floor, go through a small opening and into a pergola. There is a Small Chest inside this small structure. Combine this item with the Rusty Key to get White Claudia.

Now that you have Claudia the White, proceed through the rest of the game as normal until you enter room 312 at the Lakeview Hotel. This is where you will play the video tape. Before doing this, make sure to drink the White Claudia while in the room and then play the Video Tape.
