HEARNE, Texas (KBTX) – Fire ripped through a home on Hearne’s east side Friday afternoon.

The incident was reported on S. Easterwood Avenue near E. 1st Street just before 2 p.m.

Video and photos sent to KBTX show flames consuming the entire structure, but it is unclear what started the fire or whether the building was empty or occupied.

It was stated that there were no injuries at the last check.

Many firefighters and first responders responded to the scene to control the fire.
