BEDFORD, Ohio (WOIO) – Bedford Police say a bicyclist died after a two-car crash Friday morning.

According to a statement, Bedford Police officers and the Bedford Fire Department were dispatched to 18200 Rockside Road for a two-car collision.

According to the statement, first responders arrived at the scene around 9:12 a.m. and saw a woman riding a bicycle pinned under one of the cars.

According to the statement, the Bedford Fire Department reported that the woman died at the scene and responded to both drivers.

Bedford Police said they are continuing their efforts to identify the woman.

According to the statement, the investigation was transferred to the accident investigation unit.
