3 members suddenly left the popular rock band. Singer was convicted for the murder-for-hire plot.

Three members of heavy metal band As I Lay Dying have suddenly left the band. Bassist Ryan Neff, guitarist Ken Susi and drummer Nick Pierce announced on their social media accounts that they would be leaving.

The only remaining members are guitarist Phil Sgrosso and lead singer Tim Lambesis. Lambesis was: He was found guilty of hiring a hitman in 2014 He was sentenced to six years in prison for the murder of his estranged wife. He was released on parole in December 2016.

Neff, Susi and Pierce joined the group in 2022, long after the release of Lambesis. Neff’s post on Instagram Last Friday was the first of three exits.

“This choice came after much consideration, and I believe it is the right step for my personal and professional journey,” Neff wrote. “I am grateful for the experiences and connections I have made during my time with the group.”

Susi and Pierce announced their separation shortly after Thursday. Susi’s to post He talks about his morality being tested and regretting what could have happened.

“I entered the AILD camp with all the knowledge of dramatic history, but with a desire to play great music with great friends,” Susi says. “Unfortunately, my personal morality has recently been tested to the breaking point, and this is the saddest end to what could have been the greatest second chance for this group.”

Pierce made his statement reasons for leavingsaying: “This is far from the ending I expected and I feel I must step away from the group to protect my personal health and integrity.”

Srgrosso states He said he would make a personal statement shortly and hint at a possible path forward for the group.

As I Lay Dying’s European tour has been cancelled. The band will release a new album called “Through Storms Ahead” on November 15.
