It is estimated their claim could amount to around £2,100 but it is “unlikely” they will receive any dividends.

The liquidator’s costs have already reached nearly £50,000.

Meanwhile, the fate of the building remains uncertain.

The sale has been advertised by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors with a deadline of 3 October, which is the deadline for offers.

They were unable to provide any updates on the number of offers received or the stage they are at.
