We suffered our first defeat in our Champions League season, losing narrowly 1-0 to Inter Milan.

Hakan Çalhanoğlu’s controversial penalty in the first half was enough for the home team to take three points at San Siro.

We dominated the second half, a chance went off the line and we blocked Kai Havertz’s volley well as we were frustrated at Milan.

The result left us seven points clear of the League Stage of the competition and we sit in 12th place with four matches remaining.
