At a time when any restaurant that keeps its lights on for more than five years deserves a standing ovation, longevity alone can attract labels like “icon” and “institution.” However, these solid structures, which have remained relatively unchanged since the day they were opened, truly deserve this status. All have been open for at least two decades, but most have had the same owners and signature dishes for many years. May they be prosperous for a long time.
