A 25-year-old man died following a stabbing incident in Suva on Saturday night.

Police said the 24-year-old suspect and the victim allegedly had a disagreement that led to the incident.

The victim was taken to Colonial War Memorial Hospital where he later died.

It was learned that the suspect’s interrogation at the police continues.

The autopsy of the victim will be performed today.
