DISORDER:
Westminster Lane, 29.10, 18.30 Deputy BE Vaughn attended to a disturbance. There was a verbal argument among a crowded group. It turned out that a citizen shouted at the driver to slow down. In response, the driver exited his vehicle, initiated a verbal argument, attempted to provoke a fight, and used abusive language toward another resident. The driver was not only notified of his driving behavior, but was also charged with illegal behavior and using abusive language. He was released on condition of judicial control by the Criminal Court of Peace.
