(CNN) – An actor from the popular 1990s sitcom “Home Improvement” has been arrested for allegedly driving under the influence for the second time.

Zachery Ty Bryan, 43, faces charges after his arrest in Oklahoma on Friday, the Custer County Sheriff’s Office said.

One of the charges he faces is not having a valid driver’s license.

Bryan was previously arrested in February for contempt of court as well as alleged DUI.

The actor has faced a number of legal troubles over the years, including a previous arrest for domestic violence.
